From my first call right to the end of the pest control, the service and attention to detail was superb. The gentleman who answered my initial enquiry was extremely helpful, I had been let down by another company and needed the pest service done urgently, he went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get the pest control done the next day. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and respectful and did a thorough job.We are only 4 days in since the pest service and it started raining 1 hour after the job was done and continued raining for 2 days, so will wait and see if the little critters stay away outside. Inside there have been no pests and we have found a few dead ones, so obviously it is working inside!Thank you Tom's, we will be recommending you.
