Tom’s Pest Control were easy to book and have a pest inspection done. Great communication from them through messaging services. They were arriving early & let us know. Their inspector was polite and spoke to us throughout the inspection pointing out several things he felt we needed to know. I would use their services again.
I used Tom’s Pest Control for a german cockroach spray. They were prompt to get back to me within just a few hours of inquiry and it was a reasonable price that gave me peace of mind that the problem would be resolved. After a really traumatic experience with a spider, I called Tom's Pest Control. Atiq called to let me know he'd be arriving early which was great, and he did a really thorough and timely job. It's been 5 days and I haven't seen or heard anything moving about since. I told him what happened to me re the spider and he was so understanding and kind, it was so comforting after so many people had ridiculed and shown complete lack of empathy to me the day prior. I'm still afraid to go in certain rooms but I'm much calmer and feel safer. This has been the best experience I've had with a pest control company and I appreciate Atiq's help so much. Thank you
